Attract online shoppers and guide them to your retail locations

A precise process: synchronizing your inventory and activating the appropriate ad formats.

Inventory Syndication: Google, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok allow you to integrate your local inventory feeds in real time. The goal is to display a product’s availability at the store closest to the user at the time of their search.

Dedicated Drive-to-Store Formats: To convert this visibility into in-store visits, Google offers specific solutions such as Performance Max for Store Goals and PMax On the Go.

Conversational Search and AI: User behavior is shifting toward conversational AI-powered search. Whether it’s AI Overview, Gemini, ChatGPT, or features like Ask Maps, consumers are asking increasingly specific questions (“Where can I find this exact model in size M available near me?”).”

Keep Your Store Profiles Up to Date

Your store pages are a tool for visibility and the anchor for configuring local inventory feeds.

Google Business Profiles must be linked to the Google Merchant Center to launch an LIA feed. Our experts will therefore ensure your listings are compliant before launch. To take it a step further, our consultants can audit all your listings: required attributes (titles, hours of operation, etc.), optional attributes (accessibility, payment methods, etc.), images, and reviews. We can then perform bulk optimization of your GBPs by importing a batch file to overwrite or supplement existing data with optimized data. We can also provide guidelines for the day-to-day management of your listings: creating posts, updating information, and responding to reviews.

Inventory Ads

Connect your local inventories

Improve your Shopping performance and drive incremental in-store traffic with LIA.

With the Local Inventory Ads format, you share the availability of each of your products in each of your stores with Google. This enables, among other things, a ”Location" badge on Google Shopping indicating that your product is available nearby, as well as the display of available products in your Google Business Profile: you improve your online performance and drive incremental in-store traffic.

This requires setting up a particularly complex in-store inventory feed, which must be linked to your store listings. Feed Manager was the first European agency to join the Local Jump Start Program, designating us as a preferred partner eligible for funding from Google to help you launch this highly specialized feed format.

Performance
Max

Enable the right formats with Pmax for Store Goal and Pmax On the Go

We are enabling the Pmax for Store Goals and Pmax On the Go formats.

With Pmax for Store Goals, Google uses your local data (store listings and local inventory feeds) to promote your products and stores across Google’s entire inventory (Maps, Search, YouTube, Display, Waze). The challenge with this format is the store-level granularity, which requires creating numerous campaigns: we offer proprietary technology to set up campaigns quickly, scalable across dozens or hundreds of stores, with the ability to analyze results directly within the platform. With Pmax On the Go, you specifically engage consumers who are actively on the move (Waze, Maps) to capture users’ attention while they’re on the go and draw them to your retail location. This format requires fewer assets (particularly video) and can be launched more easily.

IA & LLM

Get recommended by AI on Ask Maps, AI Overview, or Gemini

With the use of AI, local queries will no longer be limited to itinirery requests

The local search landscape is set to transform with complex queries that may include purchase intent. Soon, an everyday query might be: ‘Where can I find this jacket in my size, available at a store near me with parking?’ That’s why Google launched Ask Maps, a conversational search format integrated into Maps. Geographic proximity alone will no longer be enough: you’ll need to feed the AI with highly structured product and local data and run media campaigns to capture traffic from your competitors. All of the activations presented - store listings, LIA feeds, and store-specific campaigns - will be key to appearing in the responses from Google’s conversational AI, as well as other platforms like ChatGPT.
